3-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return, replacement, or refund request, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund approval.

Nuvault reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after reviewing the submitted evidence and product condition.
Our decision shall be final and binding in cases involving return and refund disputes.
